IBM Team Lead interview questions

In a middle of a Sunday odd time we get a call from an IBM person he explains the process of a fresher interview where its for a lead position. Frequently we get calls from the person even in the mid night. Skipping all the above mentioned fresher interview process, finally first round there will be a Webex call where they ask questions we answer it right but they are following a list of questions they dont have any domain knowledge but simply they will ask for name sake. After some time once the interview is over when we contact the person who disturbed us in mid nights say we are not taking further, man its so idiotic, if answers are just definitions and you dont see anything upfront what is the expertise level, I felt not worth it. A group of first benchers with definition mug-ups as interview panel who dont have domain knowledge or even work experience.
