I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IBM (Leicester, England) in Aug 2015
Interview
Received an email to complete the IBM online test to complete in 7 days (NPAT).It took around 45 minutes to complete the test. The test was very difficult I must say but I think they have made a very low cut-off! Around 3 weeks later, received a call from IBM saying I cleared the test and had a quick chat over my skills and experience and my work permit.Around 2 more weeks, received an email inviting me to half-day assessment centre. At the assessment centre, we were split into groups of 5 and had 2 group discussions(30 min each) 1)Given a logical problem, you need to come up with a solution as a group.2)Given a list of topics that is to be addressed in a company, you need to select 3 topics which you all feel the most important , find its pros and cons and present to them as team .Two people would sit back and assess you. Only thing you need to do is to understand the topic ,speak up and encourage others .Most important- do not try to compete with others, treat them as your colleagues! They assess you on how you behave in a group! On the same day, had a 1-1 interview (It was basically a walkthrough my CV).
On the same day, received an email saying that I passed the assessment and a technical telephone interview has been arranged with one of the managers. Next day, had the telephone interview for about 45 minutes. It was all basic questions related to the position I applied for. 1 week later, I received offer by email!

Question 1
Why IBM?
Tell me a situation where you suggested some process improvement to your manager and the response?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
Easy interview. You can easily crack it. It was an Off-campus interview. Many students attended. But the Written test is also easy. Interviewer will mainly focus that you are ready to relocate to any location. He asked me if I was ready to relocate or not because afterwards people say that they dont want to go to a particular location which makes things difficult for them to handle.
