The interview was great! It included two rounds and felt very casual and friendly, making for a delightful conversation. After the 2nd round which was rather a short one, I got an offer and could decide on how to proceed.

The interview was very friendly. It was two parts, one was with HR and a Senior Scrum Master. The next round was with an Executive Director. They covered soft skills, technical skills, and knowledge of Scrum.
