Aptitude test: paper based/Online (depends)
1:1 twice with HR and Technical designee
Group discussion (depends)
Technical round to check your knowledge in the core domain and the position you applied for.
questionnaire related to drugs/basic chemistry for knowledge check.
After successful completion, they'll intimate through call whether you got or not.

it was a walkin for CRA around 100 candidates were present. Firstly there was a aptitude test which was simple followed by HR round then finally Technical round which was a bit dificult , basics of Clinical reseach was asked. It took a whole day for the interview process.Mainly they were preferring those candidates who have done some type of course related to Clinical research or pharmacovigilance

Interview
The process took just over one month. It started with a phone interview and initial screening with one of the recruiters. Later I had an additional phone interview and then a weber interview with different managers. After not hearing anything for about three weeks, I received a call with a job offer.
