I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at IQVIA (Durham, NC) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was long. I received a screening call, which lead the recruiter to send me to the next step which was an AI interview where they ask you questions that require both written and video responses. After, I didn't receive a follow up call until two months later, when a recruiter asked me if I was still interested in the role. I said, "yes" and proceeded forward with the hiring manager. However, I didn't do great during this portion of the interview. They were scenario questions about specific forms and roles a CRA would perform. I found it to be a little intense, because the role described an entry level CRC to CRA role, which I am a CRC, but there were just specific role questions I couldn't answer because I have no CRA experience. I recommend really looking into what a CRA does to study visit prep, monitoring, and closure. Good luck.

The interview process for the clinical research associate salary role was good. It was thorough, in-depth and a good opportunity to find out more about the position and team. Overall a good experience.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Madrid) in Jun 2024
Interview
Good and confortable, they were very welcoming and made me feel as part of the team. Very comprehensive with being a junior and having little experience indeed. I had two interviewers at all.
