IQVIA Associate Consultant interview questions

3 Step process: 1/ phone screening with the HR 2/ phone interview with a team member 30min motivational/competence questiona and other 30min very easy business case 3/ inteview with 3 principals, 3 hour long in total, 1h just causal chat then two business cases not complex, one interviewee driven: around in what ph3 trial the company should invest and second interviewer driven around if made sense to launch a product in the market. They give you a buch of data and ask to come up with some conclusions

It was fairly easy but no follow-up from the company. The HR person was very engaging but not sure if they understand the requirement and qualifications of the job. It was very disappointing to receive no reply even though the process went well.
