I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Mumbai) in Jan 2019
Interview
The first round was a basic conversation where the Principal Consultant just gets an understanding of your profile. The second round was a Case interview round. I was given 2 separate cases to work on and present the solution to the panel. This round was a mix of both case interview and some detailed questions about the points in the resume. After having answered the questions posed by the interviewee to the panelists and the presentation was given on the solutions one panelist was asking questions on the solution that was provided while the other panelists were asking specific questions pertaining to the projects/prior work experience along with a few behavioral questions. Then a week later I had an interview with the HR - standard HR questions. They just wanted to know whether you would accept the offer and would sustain in the organization - pretty direct questions. The final round was with the Senior Principal where he asked questions pertaining to the resume and a few other technical questions from the previously presented case Studies

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (New York, NY) in Oct 2018
Interview
Two interviews, one was on campus that involved a case and behavioral, final round was at the IQVIA office that consisted of a case, behavioral, and a presentation case component. The "ad hoc case" was annoying, lots of little mental math questions that we'rent really demonstrative of one's ability to solve a case
