IQVIA Associate Epidemiologist interview questions

Extremely slow process. Recruiter was very friendly but seldom responded within a timely manner. I went through an initial phone screen, 4 telephone interviews that were more behavioral, and then was flown down for a full day of interviews that were more technical/experience based and required a data analysis/presentation test. This whole process took 4 months. They called to deliver the news that I was not selected for the position and the reasoning was that I would require too much training. Generally positive experience but I was told I would be reimbursed for travel to and from the airport and after the call saying I was not selected, I never heard from my recruiter or HR again and I find that extremely unprofessional so overall have a negative impression of the company.
