IQVIA Business Analyst interview questions

Had a first interview with HR. After one week I was called for another round of interviews with the manager, and after that one was again interviewed one week later by another manager. After these 3 interview I've been waiting for an answer for 3 weeks after the last round and nothing. Asked HR for feedback and 0 feedback from them. Embarrassing from a company this size and name having a recruitment process like this. Wasting people time
