First its a phone interview with a recruiter. If you make it through that, you will have a zoom interview with a DLM or someone relative to that position. My experience with both was great.
Slow review process, recruiter is from China Mainland and accent is too strong end up speaking in mandarin in order to continue the interview. Requires a lot of effort to understand the recruiter.
