I was referred by a current CRA so I had a phone interview with a senior recruiter and a zoom interview with a hiring manager. first phone call talked about the position, pay ranges, and some questions about 1572, ICF, and some soft skills. Had my zoom interview two weeks later due to the holidays. Zoom interview consisted of IP accountability questions, personal growth questions, basics.

was ok, they were not too nice but ok. I do not remember well the full interview because I was too stressed and I have forgotten even my name. that is all.
