I saw the job posted in Handshake, and applied via the IQVIA website in early January. I got an email request for a recorded interview via Modern Hire a day after I had applied. The recorded interview allowed for a few retakes for each question. About 20 - 25 days later I got an email asking about my availability for an interview. Then I interviewed via MS Teams in early February with a director and associate director manager. About a week later, I did another interview with a sr. associate director manager and associate director. Then mid February I got the offer email.
Overall, I felt the interviewing process was fair and not as stressful as other interviews that require a lot of technical interviews with take-home tests or online assessments. From what I remember, I was asked more questions that tried to look at my interest in the company and potential team. I had some projects I talked about to explain my analytical skills, but I also tried to convey my interest in the company and pharmacies in US healthcare. Later into my internship, I remember my Manager/Director mentioned that hearing me correctly pronounce the company name was an easy clue that I had been looking on the website and researching IQVIA. The research I did into anything happening related to the team focus was helpful during the interview, so it became conversational.
