Interview
Initial phone screen was scheduled for 30 mins but went for 50 mins. Asked if available on weekend/night for interview with international location and said yes. Then HR ghosted me. Never followed-up, returned calls or answered emails. Didn't have courtesy to say "we've decided to go a different direction". I understand things change or management wants to go a different direction but at least be professional and follow-up with a candidate.

Interview
First step was a phone interview with a recruiter. After that, they invited me to participate in an in-person interview with the hiring manager and 2 additional directors. I met with each person individually for about 45 minutes each.
During the in-person interviews, the questions were fairly straight-forward - questions about previous experience and things listed on my resume.
The department is undergoing changes, so a lot of questions were also around change management.

Interviewed by operations and direct reporting chain and those that I would interface with on the job. I was able to ask questions about the role but salary and benefits were not discussed during the initial interview process.
