Nice and easy. Started with aptitude test, then quick hr round and then technical round. Everyone in the company is very helpful and I will recommend this company to everyone. Great place to work.

The process starts with a phone screen with a recruiter, then typically a second interview with the hiring manager and then director. At that point a F2F meeting is set up. It's very informal and non-confrontational. The managers genuinely want to get a feel for the applicant and their knowledge base.
