Interview
Contacted by talent acquisition, then had a Skype interview a week later with a manager and 2 CRA's. Then had a second interview a few days later with a director. Overall the interview process was very good, I actually enjoyed speaking with them about my career and about the company and clinical research. With the interview being through Skype, it really put me at ease and interview was more of a conversation rather than a Q&A.

initial video interview was completed over their online platform for a recruiter to review. Make sure to watch the videos in their foyer room but other than that it was pretty breasy.

Give a brief introduction about yourself and what led you to apply for us.
La entrevista no duró más de 20 minutos, y fue solamente por teléfono. Se sintió apresurada, sin embargo fue muy concisa y al punto. Al finalizar la entrevista se me comentó que no podían continuar con mi proceso ya que no tenía los años de experiencia suficiente, sin embargo en mi CV estaba muy clara mi experiencia previa para el puesto.

Primera instancia un vídeo grabado contando sobre ti en ingles.
Segunda instancia con el mánager en español e inglés. Muy ameno y relajado.
