Several interviews face to face very positive and engaging. Questions asked related to the proposed position where I needed to show I had the capacity to take on the role . They used the STAR approach which was easy to answer to

I applied in-person. I interviewed at IQVIA (Kopenhagen, Region Hovedstaden)
Interview
Good and short process. Very professionel and kind people who makes it a confirtable conversation. I had multiple interviews before landing a job there and I questioned this. They told me that they wanted to find the best role for me there where I would fit and be happy with. That made me feel heard and secure.
Interviews with hiring manager, Group HR, and CEO. Overall good experience, everyone was friendly. They did not oversell the position, and instead explained the difficulties as well to paint a realistic picture of the role.

Just got the first interview with HR personnel. It took them a while to respond back and forth and communication was not as expected. Though the person was kind and clear with intentions.
