El proceso de entrevista es en un ambiente cordial y respetuoso. Una vez completa la entrevista ya no hay un proceso de retroalimentación al candidato, esto no facilita al solicitante seguir desarrollando las habilidades que el reclutador encontraba necesarias.
Completed the HireVue assessment, if you are prepared and know clinical research it should be very easy. I am CRC trying to transition to CRA and it was not bad.

Describe what qualifies an AE to be an SAE and give examples
HireVue virtual interview was the only interview I completed so far. It was straightforward and easy once you got the hang of talking to yourself. Make sure you use the think time to practice so you're more relaxed when it starts.
Quick and painless (not anxiety free though haha). I spoke with a recruiter first, did the HireVue interview, and then had an interview with one of the managers. I think giving a lot of information about my experience during the HireVue was super helpful, and helped me feel more confident too.
