Interview
Was contacted by Quintiles recruiter for contract position. The first interview was a phone screening, mainly covering your resume. I was flown to the second interview where I was able to meet with the recruiter. I was invited for the final interview to meet with the company DM and RM. A little more pressure, but basically the same questions that I was asked at the 2nd interview.

Question 1
I knew going into the interviews that the questions would be phrased "Tell me about a time" So make sure you prepare for those.
Question: Tell me about a time you were able to overcome a challenging obstacle you faced.

Interview
A few zoom calls with management. The last interview was very short with upper management, I think they already made up their mind at that point after speaking with the interviewing managers.
It was four rounds first meeting with IQVIA manager, then meeting with the IQVIA manager and manager for the manufacturer over zoom, then with them in person and finally with the director.
Long interview process including; internet assessments, phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with district sales manager, in person interview with district sales manager and regional sales manager, ride-alongs with current sales representatives
