1. HR Screening over phone call
2. 1 hour round divided into 2 sections of 30 mins each. First 30 minutes was for a market sizing case study, had to find the Band Aid market in USA, Next 30 minutes was behavioral round , asked questions like Tell me about your self, work experience, leadership skills, why consulting , why this team , how do you handle pressure/conflict

the shl questionare was quite different than anything i was used too tbh not sure if a lot of it was relevent to the role (or what I thought based on job description)
