Fueron cuatro entrevistas largas que duraron medio día. Antes de eso, tuve una reunión informal con la persona de Recursos Humanos. También me asignaros dos casos para elaborar posibles soluciones que estuvieron complicados.

Question 1
Un caso de negocio sobre en qué país expandirías la entrada de un medicamento
3 rounds first with hiring manager then with a panel along with senior manager and finally a round/fit check with Principle followed by final discussion with HR. Technical round would include guesstimates followed by case study presentation
On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
Two rounds of interviews, 1 with a leader and other with a panel of managers. Ended with one case study, which was then presented to a panel of interviewers. It was a quick and fluid process.
