So the HR screening interview was pretty straightforward. They asked about my background, checked if I met the basic qualifications, and went over my work history. We talked about the role expectations, my availability, salary range, and whether I’d be a good fit for the company culture. They also answered a few of my questions. Basically, it was just to see if I’m suitable before moving on to the technical or manager interview.

HR reached out and received a HireVue interview, including motivation, why company, why fit, why you, and BQ questions. Proceeded with a hr call, asked about work experiences and logistic questions.
