1st round - Fit and mini case
2nd round - Case study
3rd round - Competency
The mini case of the first round was still a full case (not just market sizing), just a bit faster than in the second round
It was a mix of market estimation and behavioral questions that tackled non-technical areas. For eg: estimate the number of school teachers in the US. Behavioral questions tackled resume points.
