IQVIA Associate Consultant/Consultant interview questions

The interview process started from on-campus recruiting. The first round interview was very fair and straight-forward. The final round interview was on site and lasted half a day. Interview was also very fair and consisted of the standard format of behavioral and case questions with the office partners. The team was very professional and friendly.

It was an interview for a summer job which I got through an inside connection. There were two interviews with engagement managers. The first one was a behavioral interview with expected questions like- strengths? weaknesses? situation when you worked in a team, situation when you had to analyze data? situation when you showed leadership? The second interview was a case study on sales force sizing and physician segmentation, which was a little hard.
