I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Boston, MA) in Oct 2024
Interview
I submitted my application through my university's handshake. First round interview was an online video recording format. A few questions required a written response and a few required speaking. The second round interview was a "mini case study" with a consultant. The question is meant to trip you up and assess how you think through market sizing question. The rest of the interview was conversational and I thought the interview went great overall. I received a rejection within 20 minutes which tells me they already knew who they wanted for this role and my interview process was simply a formality. Waste of time and prep.
