IQVIA Localisation Specialist interview questions

After 3 succesful interviews recruiter didn't like the salary I asked for. I clearly told them I was open to negotiations they could have offered their number but instead they completely ghosted me. They could have just said not to me, that would be completely fine but not even a rejection email after 3 successful interviews is just unprofessional and disrespectful.
