I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IQVIA (Bengaluru) in Feb 2018
Interview
I interviewed twice in this place when I applied for 1 position. This is because the HR person thought I also suited another job better. The other position was for Senior Medical Data Reviewer. First of all having had clinical research experience, I wasn't completely new to the field, but the questions were tough.
The interviewers both times were completely ignorant of any other type of research expect those involving drugs. In fact, they were completely ignorant of any other type of jobs in the medical field. They assumed all clinical research in the world involves drugs & all the questions went into too many details of Pharmacology including classification & mechanism of action. I was also told that the reason they prefer fresh graduates is because they have good medical knowledge. If that is the case, why did they have to interview someone with years of experience & waste the time of everyone? One of the interviewers even asked if I was planning to get pregnant any time soon. Its high time the company realizes that these types of questions are completely wrong. It's nobody's business when a couple plans to have a kid. Maybe they should only interview unmarried people for their jobs.
