IQVIA Medical Writer interview questions

The worst interview process I ever had in my life. Avoid at all costs. I had an initial screening with HR and hiring manager that went great. The assignment after was very extensive. I explained that I had a business trip coming up but NO, only 3 days to finish a report, a presentation and an evaluation to a 300page dossier. Then, I received good feedback and was invited to a final interview. The hiring manager was again very kind BUT the people accompaning her were arrogant and very ruthless. They tried to undermine me ALL the time. I thought it was the good cop/bad cop game but in the end no. The final answer was shared 15days after, even if i was told it would take a maximum of 1 week. HR called me and told me that they look for someone more senior with direct exposure to their objective of the role which is nonsense given that they had my CV aaaaall along and knew what I have done in my career. They wasted my time and energy to end up using something that they knew from day 1 about me.
