Tedious 2 months process, endless tests and meetings discussing nothing. Countless meetings with the recruiter, hiring manager, and other people across the organization. At the end of the 2 months, after making me an offer, this was pulled, saying they chose to go with an internal candidate, who can hit the ground running.
