IQVIA Senior Software Developer interview questions

The process took 1 week. First round was the assessment round, had skype video call with onsite team, which was for 90mins. Later was given an assignment, second round for technical dicussion and walkthru of the assignment which was also Skype video call with onsite team for 120mins went really well, and they mentioned that I cleared the round. HR round at Bangalore office, which was OK, was asked about the negotiation, and strengths and failures. Negotiation didn't go well, HR was focusing only on the years of experience than the technology and talent.
