I applied through a recruiter and had a phone screen with a manager. I was then scheduled for a coding exercise and architecture exercises. The coding exercise was fair and straightforward, but the woman conducting the architecture portion was the rudest person I've ever dealt with on either side of an interview. Her camera was left off for the duration, and she cut a question short after seemingly not liking how I initially answered it, leaving another panel member to try and fill in the time with trivial technical questions on the spot. I would strongly advise anyone interviewing for an engineering position at IQVIA to consider other options based on this experience.
