I interviewed for Bangalore location.
1st round was a pleasant experience - interviewer was professional and humble.
2nd round was with manager (wont name but from tripura according to linkedin) - (old arrogant and set in his ways) and senior team lead - (wont name but from bhubaneswar according to linkedin)-(mixed personality- was intimidated by manager once he joined) - Worst experience in any interview. Manager specifically was typically rude and was in a haste. Other than c# DOTNET (role for which i had interviewed) they asked me all sort of crap. just 2 questions on MVC and rest all nothing related to the dotnet tech stack. That is still fine; but the temperament and attitude of them was highly uncivilized. It forced me to wonder if this is how IQVIA treat candidates during interview, I can only fathom the treatment one would get once you join their team!
Total waste of your interview time (multiple rounds with no proper structure)and not worth it - my personal advice stay away from IQVIA and try for other product company with far better and positive work culture.
Advice to IQVIA - at the end of the day you are representing yourself in the market so be careful in choosing the panelists for interviews. Map proper questions with JD and the role for which you are interviewing! And most importantly chose AGILE (the irony!) humble people to represent you
