Indeed Client Activation interview questions

They put me through the same phone screen 3 times. I passed with flying colors the first one but the hr team was so disorganized that they lost me in the interview process. A month would go by then they would reach back out saying that they’re interested in having (another) phone screen with me. By the third time this happened, I was fed up and let them know that indeed failed to properly manage the process (I did this in a polite way). They decided I wasn’t qualified enough for the role after the third phone screen despite the fact that I was qualified to move forward in the process the first time (I also know employees there who lacked in terms of their resume when compared to mine). This process was messy and to put it frankly, was a big joke. I lost interest after the 2nd time they fumbled to move me forward in the process.
