Sent in my resume online and received an email for a phone interview. The requiter setting up the interview was unorganized and had to reschedule 3 times due to her schedule being filled. I met all requirements for job and she liked my background. Told me she would pass resume on and the next day received an email saying I was rejected.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Indeed
Interview
Two phone calls, then two in person interviews. They even requested I submit a writing piece. After all this they called me more than a month after I interviewed to let me know that "another candidate has identified themselves as a better fit". Very unprofessional department, ran by novices. Interviews not based on knowledge, but instead if they like you or not. It is cliquey and felt like I was pledging frat life.
Received an email from HR saying they were interested and to give them availablity to set up a phone interview. I had 2 phone interviews with HR, in person interview with directors and upper management, timed assessments on grammar and professionalism. Nothing out of the ordinary. Very pleasant to speak with.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic questions- a lot to do with customer service, of course, and background of previous experience you have in relation to this position. They asked how I felt about being on the phone for long periods of time and what my current supervisor would say I had to work on given an evaluation report. Nothing that would come as a shock during interview questioning.
