Interview
Applied on Indeed.com and was contacted the next day by a recruiting coordinator. Had phone interview with head of HR the following day, and she seemed to like me, so she set me up with an interview with the hiring manager and told me she'd set me up to come in person the following week. The following day, I talked to the Hiring Manager, and it was a regular interview discussing past experience etc. I contacted the recruiting coordinator again because I was only going to be in town the following week, and asked them if they were still interested in me coming back in since the head of talent acquisition had mentioned bringing me in. I basically set aside time for them, and all I wanted was a yes or no answer. They couldn't even follow up. What's up with people in the internet industry? All so flaky and can't just tell you "No, we don't want you to come in."

Interview
Interview process was straightforward. Had a screening call with an HR Rep and then a call with the hiring manager. Next one would have been a technical interview and meeting other team members I believe, but I never made it after the hiring manager round.

Great interviewing process, constant updates and warm welcome to the interview site. Nice package with goodies received given during the interviewing stage. Also received a package with goodies after receiving the offer.

The process was quick enough for the first half then for the last few weeks, there were constant delays on the employer's side.
I was made an offer by phone, but one week later, after I gave notice in my job, this offer was withdrawn based on a hiring freeze from the US. A huge waste of time and not respectful of other people. A messy position to put a job candidate after they've handed in their notice based on an offer and many weeks of interviews and tests and preparation!!
