I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Nov 2017
Interview
Applied through an employee referral and quickly heard from a recruiter a few days later.
Indeed has a very extensive rigorous process. The position I applied for had 5 interview rounds. You can tell they really care and prepare well for each interview. The recruiters and managers are all super friendly and easy to talk to. Process was extremely quick, despite how many rounds there were. Each interview really helps you learn more about the company and role. I thoroughly enjoyed each conversation.
Throughout the whole interview process, the recruiter was extremely quick to give feedback and schedule interviews for me. Every round moved about at a week's time, which is so fast compared to several other companies. I encountered several different recruiters and whenever I had a question, they were all SO quick to respond and very helpful. A++ experience. Indeed honestly has been the best recruiting experience I've had with any company!! I enjoyed the process. Keep it up!
I was called by a recruiter who went over my current role during our call and then set up a video interview for me. The interview was with two young team leads who asked me questions about my experience, why I’m interested in the role, what software systems did I help implement to improve my teams performance, and a time I didn’t get along with a coworker. They they gave me a 5m assessments on which order I would complete the tasks in.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We're so glad that you had a positive interview experience and wish you the best of luck in your job search!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed in Sep 2020
Interview
Good interview process, but a bit lengthy for an entry level role. Interview was relevant to the job role applied. Could assess the company culture based on the interview rounds, it was definitely a good interviewing experience.

Question 1
Do you have any prior experience in Recruitment Coordination?
A recruiter from Indeed contacted me via email and arranged for a phone interview. However, the recruiter didn’t call me at the arranged time slot. I emailed to the recruiter thereafter albeit with no reply at all.
This isn’t really professional on the recruiter’s part. If she wanted to cancel the interview, at least have the courtesy to inform me via email. I don’t understand how Indeed’s recruiting team function at all.
