After a 45 min phone screening, you then have one on one interviews with all three team Leads for about 45 min each, . They al tend to ask repetitive questions about past experience and any process or company concerns. Something out of the ordinary was that all seemed more concerned or questioning of character in team environment and "no drama" policy as if that is a current issue in the office.

lengthy but interesting and smooth, almost 5 rounds which goes till director of Indeed. First round with recruiter, 2nd with sales director, 3rd with sales head and 4tn round with HR

The recruiter was based in Bangalore, India. At the start of the interview, he read through the job scope directly from his screen. He spoke very fast with a strong accent, which made it difficult for me to fully understand. After reviewing the role, he asked questions related to the sales process, motivation, strengths, sales targets, handling difficult customers, availability, and salary expectations. I asked for clarification more than once and answered the questions based on my understanding. The interview felt very transactional, with limited interaction beyond the scripted questions.
Just some feedback, I feel I would have been able to respond more effectively if the questions were shorter and more direct. Some of the questions were quite lengthy. I have no issue with different accents, but speaking slower and clearer pace of speech would have improved comprehension.

Fast paced but thorough. Was able to finish the process within 3-4 weeks. Fully remote and interviewed with several directors. The process felt personable and the directors took time to make sure that it was a good fit for me as well.
