Interview
It was a 3 step interview. First was information with a recruiter. Than if you pass they invite you to their office where your potential supervisor interviews you. The last interview is with the director of that department. Based on all of the 3 interview they decide to offer you position or not.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
Had 2 phone screenings with recruiters, which didn't seem very difficult. Recruiter forgot to send me schedule for following interview so had to chase her down. Had the interview with the hiring manager via Google, the questions were very difficult, as they expected me to know private information from the company. I was invited to the final interview on site which consisted of 4 interviews, and one panel interview with the associates. The questions were very difficult and the associates were not very friendly. No wonder this position has been open for 1 year.
