I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
First a phone interview with a recruiter to go over my resume and more basic questions. It lasted about 30 minutes long. I was approved by the recruiter to continue to an interview with the managing director of the department I applied to, the interview was via skype and lasted about an hour. The questions in the second interview were much more specific to the job and the department. After the second interview the director told me the recruiter would follow up with me but this never happened. I contacted the recruiter twice over a two week period before I finally received feedback.
30 minute intro phone call with HR, 30-minute phone call with hiring manager, in depth case study / take-home assignment, final round / super day meeting with the whole team

Within 2 days, I got feedback about the results of my interview. Very fast turn around. I appreciated that.
