Can you describe a time when you had to solve a difficult problem at work?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed in Sep 2022
Interview
Recruiter screen, hiring manager, then a live case study where they give you a prompt and 1 hour to work on it, then present your case to a panel of PMs. I actually really enjoyed this and felt the PMs on the panel asked thoughtful questions. Did not get an offer due to hiring freeze, was told they would reach back out when the freeze is lifted.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Tokio) in Jan 2022
Interview
A lot of steps, product execution + behavioral questions, but unlike other tech companies, they seem to want you to get to a specific answer and provide a solution to a problem they are facing, vs wanting to see how you think
