Interview process was pretty poor. For the second round, there were two interviewers in the video call at once. The only time I've ever seen this happen, one person was there to shadow only. Having two active interviewers was incredibly distracting. Additionally, one of the interviews showed up late and both were disorganized. It didn't seem like they had done any preparation into what questions to ask or how to conduct the interview. Finally, the recruiter never even closed the loop to let me know the interview decision.

Question 1
Q: Tell me about your people management experience?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Indeed (New York, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
Could not get a hold of recruiter or people’s team for long stretches of time in between interviews, each time I would reach out it would take at least a week to hear back from them.
