several rounds of interviews with a take home case study. mostly behavior questions for fit. very few technical questions. the case study is fairly standard, I have a few to finish. overall, pretty good experience
Hi there, thanks for leaving us a review. We're happy to hear you had a positive interview experience with us, and that you've accepted our offer. We look forward to seeing you #insideindeed!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Jan 2021
Interview
One interview with the recruiter. A few things stood out to me....1) she disclosed the salary range upfront, 2) described the entire interview process, and 3) when I got rejected, she called me to personally speak with me about what didn't work at this time. While I was disappointed, I couldn't recall another time where an employer had done of all those things above. Overall, a very positive experience, and wish that more employers followed this approach.
