Question 1
About the complexity(time and space) and optimization.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Indeed (Tokio) in Jun 2021
Interview
1. Resume screening
2. Quick phone interview with a recruiter
3. 1st round interview
4. Second round interview
5. Third round interview
In the first round interview, there was no self introduction from the interviewer, which I believe is very rude to candidates. Without doing so, how do applicants have a chance to know more about interviewers?? Regardless of the result, in my experience 99% of interviewers introduced themselves. I think this shows a courtesy to applicants and makes them work for your company even more!
After the interview, I was turned off by the attitude of the interviewer and felt I never want to work for Indeed…
