I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Tokio) in Jan 2020
Interview
Several stages. interview with internal recruiter, then coding test with a third party provider based in the US, followed by two days of panel interviews, which had several stages, including one system design, two coding problems, one code review problem and a "meet the team".
In general positive experience. All conducted remotely, which had difficulties, espesh with timezone differences.
I applied online. I interviewed at Indeed (New York, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
Had my first initial phone call with the recruiter and then moved on to several interviews via zoom. Interviewed with several members of the team via two rounds of interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"So what has my colleague told you about the role?"(this was during my second round)
"What is your understanding of the role?"
"Why would you want this role?"
"What is your favorite class your taking?"
There was a pretty good response initially but then a long delay where months later I got a decline. I would suggest some more promt follow up to not keep people hanging.
