I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Indeed (Tokio) in Apr 2019
Interview
The whole process was proficient, and people there were very kind, except the manager level interviewer. First the recruiter contacted me to settle an arrangement of some self introduction stuff. Then there was a two-hours back to back interview from management stuff to coding test.

I have to say, Indeed does an incredible job of guiding their candidates through the process, with regular check-ins and feedback as you go. You always know where you stand and what to expect. They make you feel like a guest in their home when you visit the site.
Even though I didn't get a job offer, I felt like my time and efforts were valued and important and my recruiter gave me fantastic feedback. That is unheard of these days and I can't say enough how much I appreciate it. I will continue to seek jobs at Indeed for this reason above all else.
