The experience was not good. Very unprofessional hiring process. I applied on their career website, and was offered to do a phone interview. The recruiter arranged phone interview with me, and did not call me, offered no explanation whatsoever, and did not reply to my email.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Sep 2018
Interview
After joining the Indeed Prime app I was approached by their recruiter. Completed a design exercise and presented- Had to proactively reach out for feedback, stipend, and results which I never received. Finally found out I was turned down, indeed prime app continued to post the position to my profile. Painful experience all around, lowered my confidence completely.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Full interview was centered around my design exercise and presentation, which I had 15 hours to complete and given little context around. Little to no interest in my transferrable skills or experience. The interview/presentation ended and no additional input or feedback was given for a week after. I reached out to the hiring director and recruiter in order to find out they passed on my application, which is ok with me. I asked the director for any helpful feedback and received absolutely none in return.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Indeed (Kumasi, Ashanti) in Aug 2018
Interview
The first in-person job interview is typically a one-on-one interview between the applicant and a hiring manager. The interviewer will ask questions about the applicant's experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking in the optimal candidate for the job.
