I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Apr 2018
Interview
An excellent and quick interview process completed in 3 weeks thanks to their Talent Acquisition Team and Referral Program.
I fell very comfortable during the interview process divided into three different steps. I like the Role-play part where everyone has the opportunity to put inside the process their ideas as sourcer. Highly recommend: be strategic and be ready for the START & SMART Method interview.

Interview
These guys “help people get jobs?” LOL they can’t even get their own interviews correct! Interview consisted of 2 phone screens, in person interview with 3 sales managers, mock cold call and a meeting with the sales director.
The feedback was I did phenomenal through all stages of the interview, they liked me as a candidate and though my interview was strong and the cold call was great. I was told they wanted to move forward in the process and gave me a start date of August 20th. They called my references, which all gave glowing reviews and then I heard nothing for about a week.
After relentless follow up, they finally got back to me and said “last minute” some internal employees put their hat in the ring and they are moving forward with them. Extremely unprofessional!

Interview
These guys have no idea what they are doing. I have attended other interviews before but this was weird. They started off with coding exercise via Karat (third party) which was weird to start off. The interview went well but I still got a reject.
These guys help people get jobs? I don't think so. Please improve your interview process.
