I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2018
Interview
First interview with recruiter, 40 minutes. Focus on going through my CV, and checking whether there is a fit of my experience with Indeed needs.
Second interview with 2 Sales Directors. Major part was about understanding my CV and my motivation to join Indeed as Account Executive. 6-7 minutes was Sales scenario role play, where I was acting as Indeed Account Executive doing the actual sale.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX)
Interview
I had a phone screen scheduled at the start of March. The rest of the interview process involved a Google Hangout with the team lead and eventually going on site to interview with the entire team. The entire process, from scheduling the phone screen to receiving a rejection took about 2 months, and if I hadn't persisted in reaching out to the hiring manager, I imagine it would have taken longer. My on-site interview with the team-lead was also cut short because she had been double-booked. I was ultimately rejected for the role since the other candidate had more in-field experience, but since the process took so long, I was taken out of the running for another role since teams can't double-dip into the candidate pool. Considering that they work in helping people find jobs, I was really disappointed at how rocky the overall experience was.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were standard questions about my background and behavioral questions about how I would handle certain projects and situations. Most of the interview was very informal-- two of my interviewers did not have questions written beforehand nor did they take notes.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Nov 2017
Interview
The first round was a take-home task. Given a dataset, I was asked to answer a few questions using R or Python. The Second round was a Skype call. They asked me about my cousework, and a simple programming question. The third round was on-site.
