I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Indeed
Interview
One phone screening, then in office interview with three managers, the mock cold call with vp of sales. Call with the VP was very forced and almost unrealistic. The VP only asked me one question in the interview that followed then ended the call
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
I was referred by a friend first I received a call from HQ in Austin for first contact, then second call with HR in Dublin, writting test, interview with TL and assistant TL and finally interview with director all of this took more than 2 months process . I passed all the steps except the 4th step when I was interviewed by the TL and the assitant they put too much emphasys to know who I knew in the company because some of them were ex-colleagues they asked me twice in and after the interview. It looks from my experience it is not the first time I apply they balance more the friendship and networking in order to hire someone instead of the education and professionality.

Question 1
How would you explain to someone relative it can be a friend etc what is Indeed with your words
Asked to submit, got a phone screen and an in-person. And then they just ghosted, no rejection or next round. Very unprofessional behavior. The interviewer was clearly impatient as well. No wonder the confession they've been struggling to hire design talent.

Question 1
I wouldn't say there are questions as much as just interruptions. You barely got three words in before another monologue.
