There was a small telephonic interview and then I had to do 3 assignments involving translation (English to Spanish) analyze and indenting from a programming and design point of view a new interface and finally answer some questions based on a couple of Excel sheets

Interview
30 minute phone screen with recruiter, then was brought in for a in person interview with the hiring manager, department director, and VP of department. There was a role playing part where I had to answer the phone as if I was speaking to a client. Then they emailed me a written assessment.

Interview
Phone screen followed by two phone interviews and a three hour in-person interview. Even though the job was advertised as entry level the types of questions asked at the final interview were definitely geared toward a more experienced candidate.
