Interview
I applied months before I heard anything from a recruiter. The cycle consists of a phone screen, 'design challenge', present the design challenge. If they like what you did then you then come back in for another design presentation of your own work and a formal interview with the team. This seemed a bit overboard. I decided not to move forward when presented with the design challenge.

Interview
There are four interviews. The first one by phone with a recruiter where they general questions about yourself, the second by skype with the general team manager where they explain about the role and the company and a third one presencial with the local manager and senior team member where they check your technical skills first with a test and then with questions (about the test) during the interview . I have been selected for the fourth interview but I have to decline as I got an offer in other company.
In all the interviews they were kind and made a comfortable environment that helps to keep calm and be yourself. It is a pity that the process has been too long for me.

Interview
Received response from HR for a job application. Hr took all the details and scheduled codepair interview with a manager. Once I cracked it, I was invited onsite. 5 rounds (4 tech, 1 behv) of exhausting interview process. People are welcoming but interview process is exhausting. vague/too much descriptive questions. It took sometime for me to understand the interviewers intention. Every conversation with interviewer ended abruptly.
Cool campus and work culture seemed to be good. They are proud of what they do. However, I have observed some attitude and demeanor. Until unless you are an employee I don't think you will be valued.
Considering laid back environment, I did not understand the intention of burning out the candidate during interview. I literally had mind blocks many instances during interview process because of unformulated questions and descriptive details.
Over all experience .. Exhausting .. Descriptive .. vague .. it was more of a stress interview rather than a tech interview.
